How far in advance do I need to book your services?
I recommend that you book my custom design services at least 8 - 10 weeks before your wedding date. This allows not only time to secure your date, but will also allow time to design your custom bride’s room.
For standard packages, please reserve your booking at least 6 - 8 weeks prior to your wedding date.
What areas do you provide your services to?
I provide my services within Utah County. I do provide my services outside of Utah County as well, but travel fees will apply.
Do I get to keep the items that you use in your designs and setups?
No, physical products are kept in my setups and designs. All items are reused for future setups thus serving as rentals. This includes small details that go into the bridal rooms such as; mirrors, robes, table decor, etc. This keeps my designs more affordable for my clients.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes, I offer a payment plan and actually prefer my payment plan option. I understand that weddings are expensive and paying upfront is not always an option. However, if you choose to pay upfront that is fine too. I do require 25% down at the proposal meeting. This is non-refundable and secures the items needed for your setup as well as the date.
Why are your fees non-refundable?
My fees are non-refundable for two reasons: First, to reserve your date and the items needed for your setup. Once a date or items are reserved I have to turn away potential clients that might be interested in that day or the items needed for your setup. If you were to cancel, I’ve lost not only your business but also the clients I had to turn away. While the 25% deposits are non-refundable, I will however allow my clients to change their date one time provided the second date is available. And second, my fees are non-refundable because the fee covers my work with a client up to that point in the design process.
What is the starting price point for your services?
My preselected packages start at $150. Prices for my preselected plans can be found under the “Packages” tab.
Custom Bridal Room design prices depend on what features go into the brides. The average custom bridal room design fee starts at $250.
Why is your “Something Borrowed” program only available in Utah County?
My “Something Borrowed” program is only offered in Utah County at this time because that is where I am located. I hope someday to offer the program statewide.
I own a venue and would love to create a package with you. Do you offer partnerships?
Yes, I love to work with venues! As a venue partner I will work with the venue and the couple to decorate the dedicated bridal space using my inventory to meet the needs of the bridal party.
